Re: red spots from anti-inflammatories to doc sutter - Wow

Wow - thankyou for all that info. I will try doing what you said. I think my chiropractor must be doing the right things because there is improvement after only 3 visits - I go again tomorrow.

I don't know if I mentioned it, but my - I think right leg is very much shorter than my left and I think a part of the problem is that I have flat feet - I have had plantar faciitis for about 5 years on and off now - My right foot is totally flat and my left is getting there. I'll be getting custom inserts and probably a lift. I've been to other chiropractors in the past who don't believe in the lift thing... but I did have one a long time ago and it helped a lot. I have not been able to walk or stand on my feet for very long for quite a while now and so I have not been getting any really good exercise. This could be a reason why my body - which has always been pretty strong for a slender woman type, has weakened so much. So I am determined to get well now and I will do whatever it takes. I am keeping the faith here. One thing I can say is that I think it won't take much to stretch my legs = AI mean not much movent at all because the whole leg hurts anyway. My calf hurts alot but it seems to have gotten better today than it was yesterday. I sleep in splits every night to keep my foot flexed.

Thanks - I will try your suggestions and I will definitely ve really really careful.
