Doe it affect all?

I have a few question & i'm seeking some answers:

1- Does it affect only a specific set(s) of ppl of some ethnicity, race, country etc? I for a fact i'm not a caucasian i'm an "INDIAN" and i havn't seen or heard about anyone in India having this peculiar symptom. Seems like i'm the only hapless chap the whole nation!

2- Does it affect people who are emotional about most of the things in life? i'm certainly

3- People who have Gone through a state of prolonged Depression for some reason or the other or have faced numerous setbacks in life! I have a few setbacks!

4- Does it affect ppl in the age grooup of 15-25?

Are these characteristics some of you relate yourselves with? I strongly feel that you might have because i chatted with few ppl who have this condition & they told me that they have experienced some sort of a setback or the other.
