red spots from anti-inflammatories to doc sutter

Yes I agree that I should not take them and I ususally don't. I am right now in a pretty bad situation where I have a sever sciatic pain in my leg that is making my life totally impossible since I cannot stand, sit, or lie down without having pretty bad pain. This means I can't work since I am a graphic designer and I simply cannot sit at the computer since that is where it hurts the worst. However I am not taking any naprosen now because since seeing the chiropractor 3 x now the pain has gone down to a 5 instead of a 9 in my estimation and so it is possible to at least distract myself from it and even occasionally get into a position that is less painful at times.

I definitely intend to do a liver flush. I was told that I need first to do a colon cleanse though. I am taking a good fiber every day. Do you have a colon cleanse to recommend?

The barefoot herbalist recommends taking lecithin every day for cleansing the liver.

I unfortunately bought into the notion of surgery on my gallbladder about 5 years ago. I had been considering the lemon juice gall bladder cleanse and was talked out of it by a dear friend, who is an RN and I do believe she was well intentioned but too steeped in medical dogma. She was afraid the stone could get stuck in the duct if I tried that. Anyway, I was scared and in a lot of pain andI did have the surgery because I was told that I could die from gall bladder disease if I let it go any longer..... and then after the surgery I was in severe pain for about a month - kept in the hospital for 12 days - given cat scans and numerous other tests to try and determine why I was having such level 10 pain. They never figured it out and I was sent home with a bottle of vicadin. The pains finally went away after I began to take magnesium and my theory is that I was totally constipated from the anesthesia and the subsequent daily doses of morphine. A pretty gruesome tale I would say huh?

Sooo - here I am hoping and praying that this is not a permanent condition and I will be able to work again and go outdorrs for a hike in the sunshine - just the simple things.

Any suggestions including any natural ways I might help this pain.... it tends to wear a person down.

By the way - I only took the naprosin 2x when the pain was so bad that I was almost suicidal (not my normal mo) I have not gotten the red spots this time from the naprosin and I think it may be because I salt scrub every day. I have already changed my diet - the only animal protein I am eating is an egg in the morning. I am eating mostly fresh organic fruits and veggies and no grains at all. I'm taking a strong probiotic - oxygen and a good fiber 2x a day plus I have added a liquid magnesim and calcium to my diet.
