Re: Allergy to iodine

This is a good and thoughtful post trapper. Thank you for adding this.

That someone has a reaction to the Lugol's as mentioned here, but does not seem to have an issue with seaweed is somewhat curious; but then the dosing by eating seaweed is dependent on the seaweed and amount ingested. Still, it is very easy with seaweeds to get more than the minimum recommended amount. I can do 10x the recommended amount in seaweed easily and do a minimum of that daily and usually 20 to 40 times the minimum government recommendation and have been doing this for 2+ years now.

Trapper, you stated - "the idea is to find a way to work into it slowly and to do the due diligence of anyone seeking health through personal responsibility by making the lifestyle changes and doing the cleanses and flushes upon which curezone was built."

I agree that this is true for a good many balancing protocols, perhaps ALL of them, especially, ANY dietary deficiency. Absorption and utilization is greatly enhanced/improved having done this first.

Hopefully those who believe they are, or might have been allergic to Iodine will continue to post their experiences and we will continue to learn.
