Re: Allergy to iodine
i have been using the magnascent iodine. this has been in addition to the
Lugols i take in varying amounts. it is different and it does seem to be more available to the body, at least in topical use. it would certainly be worth a try.
on the subject of allergy to iodine, this is an impossibility. everyone has
Iodine in them or they would not be alive. it is essential.
that said, there is no doubt that dramatic and even life threatening reactions can take place with
Iodine exposure. there are many reasons for this, but the most violent reactions happen when: A - the
Iodine is in a form which the body cannot handle. the most toxic of these forms are organic molecules. B - a person with little or no history of exposure to iodine being exposed to large amounts of iodine all at once. this reaction is twofold, as the body is not used to the iodine and the iodine dislodges other toxins too rapidly.
lugols is called strong iodine solution for a reason. it is strong. many people find they have to start with one drop per day and work their way up to the amount necessary to provide sufficiency or other benefits. many have painted it on their skin to prep the body to accept it. if i have learned anything from my experimentation with iodine, it is that we are much more toxic and toxic at the very deepest levels than i ever expected. for example, those of us over 40 are full of lead. this lead is in the bones. it takes time to get this out. i am now finding tiny black specks in the bromide whiteheads that i get. this is either mercury or lead, but i suspect it is lead. i am not suffering any effects of free mercury. i KNOW what that feels like. lead is much more subtle.
so there is no one who is actually allergic to the safest form of iodine, which is elemmental(I2) or even KI, as far as i can tell. every bad reaction to iodine, light or severe, has been commensurate with the level of cleansing a person has done and is, in my estimation, of a certainty an indication of the level of toxicity in the body of the person at the time of exposure. in other words, quite the opposite of telling someone to avoid it, the strongest reactions are the strongest indications that iodine is desperately needed. the idea is to find a way to work into it slowly and to do the due diligence of anyone seeking health through personal responsibility by making the lifestyle changes and doing the cleanses and flushes upon which curezone was built.
we have already had people who thought they were allergic and have found this to be incorrect. i see no reason why this is not universally true. again, iodine is an essential mineral. you are born with it in your body and you cannot sustain life without it. i have found that having enough of it makes everything better. recent studies have shown that the amount that people need for optimal health is much greater than has been previously found or is currently recommended by the gov.
