Re: Im buying a Kettle, what is the healthies option?

Glass is the cleanest, but not the easiest to cook with etc.

Porcialian is about the same, but can shatter if you drop it, etc..

Stainless steel has so many qualities, the best brands will last a lifetime.

The coated pots are all gimmicks in my opinion, even the best of the best will eventally ware off ( you eat it) or chip. I know of no brand to suggest other than glass pots/pans.
