Hi, it's been the week 6 for me now. I am still doing the procedure. I went out on a vacation and eat "forbidden food", icecream and barbeque ribs. Other than that, I ate boiled lobster, asian cuisine, veg+shrimp. I also started to eat high-fiber bread in the morning. I felt immediate gas and discomfort aftter I ate icecream. But it went away after that night. Other than last weekend, I still keep eating vegetables and wood ear, I fried them. My stool is still firm and with no visible blood. I ate steak a couple of times, since I felt that I need some protein. I like tofu, but had bad experience with tofu and soymilk. So, I avoid them. I am still not taking any med and seems holding ok. I am hoping to keep the same diet and practice till november.
I do felt a bit constibation these couple of days. But hopefully, it will go away after my diet gets more principled.
