The oils that were good for all blood types are Almond,Black Currant seed, cod liver, flax, olive and walnut. Sesame is good for type O and A which covers about 90 per cent of the USA population. It was not good for type A/B or B. Sunflower oil was only good for blood type A, which is about 40 per cent of the population in the USA. It doesn't have info on pumpkin seed oil and some other oils either.
