Re: Painting...

"I will tell you - learning to live with someone at 45 is a big pain in the ass......even if you have dated them a long time....:)"

I can so relate to that. I married my husband without ever living with him, he was actually still living in the US when we married, he didn't get his visa til Feb. But I had been living on my own for 5 years previous and got very used to doing whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted. It was tough to learn how to share.

As for painting. When I paint on my body I just apply it straight. I know some people use brushes and what not, but I just use the dropper and rub it in with my finger. That way nothing is wasted. But on my face, after I wash it was castor oil & water, I apply some either apricot oil or grapeseed oil, and then just put one drop on each side of my face and rub it in with my fingers. It soaks in so quickly that by the time I have cleaned my teeth and gotten into bed, my husband doesn't even notice it. I also use lugonut oil (VCO and lugols) on my face daily and as a deodorant. I imagine that that would be an effective way to use Lugols on a larger area of the body.
