Painting...

Even though I take Lugols internally I still paint with it daily as well. I always paint 2 drops on my face before bed because I love the way it makes me skin look and I swear I am looking younger and younger everyday (or is that just acting younger ;)

I have also been painting directly on my thyroid before bed and last night when I was doing this it occurred to me, that if most Iodine is stored in the breast, then why not paint directly onto my breasts.

I must say that by the time I hit the bed I must have looked quite the sight. Orange face, orange neck and the most wonderful orange breasts. Thank God my husband was too tired to notice.
