well, i am getting better/more educated, a few years ago i didnt know the first thing about health, what foods where right to eat etc, just like my familly and most people in this country. i probably would not have learned had i not need to though.
i find myself coping better with stress, i do EFT which has helped me a lot, i notice Iodine therapy seems to make me calmer sometimes and also when ive fasted a bit i feel calmer. i work in a fairly stressful (albeit part time) and i cope much better than i used to.
currently back with dabbling with h2o2 therapy, think you wrote something about this the other day.
Am about 1/3 way thru that PH article you posted. funnily enough ive also been dabbling with baking soda mixed with ACV recently as per Ted from earthclinic.
