Re: A full day of recovery necessary?

My first flush I felt marvelous the next day. I had a lot more energy than normal and felt wonderful! My fourth flush I felt tired and headachey, but I still managed to go out for lunch! I had to use the restroom while out but it wasn't urgent. I guess each flush is different and maybe too it depends on your overall health and vigor. Tweet
