Well, it sounds to me like you have made great progress! You said in your first paragraph that you had terrible allergies and now you hardly take any medication at all. I call that a BIG step forward.

As far as your diet, we have all been there and done that. (and some of "us" have relapses--I am talking about me--Ha) Sometimes it's better to take baby steps with our diet. Then before you know it, you are just eating healthy.

I got the impression that maybe you want bells and whistles to go off announcing your great health when you already have it and you don't see it. It's almost like you are focusing on the negative when all you have around you is positive.

I can't see that you really have any major health issues at all. You are on the road to better health and it won't be long before you will be at the end.

The next time you see a new poster on this forum, why don't you focus on all the positive things that have happened to you since you began flushing and share that with the newbie. I just bet you will feel a whole lot better after you share. Know why? It's because you are now giving and sharing to another human being and there's nothing like it!
