I was riding a stationary bicycle 3 times a week, had worked myself up to 26 Min.  I am older, so I increase my time in small increments.

My MSA nutirionist, (Meridain Stress Assessment) advised me to exercise everyday.  She said that if I worked up to 45 minutes a day, that the weight would definitely drop off.

I dropped down two minutes the first time I went to every day, from 26 to 24 Minutes.  I am currently at 29 Minutes. 

If you are concerned about your glands, the MSA test gives you a print out of your gland functioning.  Search Google, and call the phone number under contacts, and they will give you practioners in your area code to telephone.
