6 Days on Iodoral

Hi All:

I am on my 6th day of Iodoral, taking 1/2 of a 12.5 mg pill 2x per day. I am doing the salt and taking extra C (Emergen C) and added extra magnesium. So far my breast pain is much diminished and the cysts seem smaller and softer. Could the Iodine be working this rapidly?

I really have not felt any detox symptoms, except for a few mild headaches. Also my eyes and my skin feel a tad dryer, like when I was on Accutane many moons ago.

I am also continuing with my chlorella Heavy Metal Nano-Detox drink and also detoxing with a clay drink. I had been doing this prior to starting Iodoral. Maybe all this is helping me remain symptom-free? I have not changed much else about my routine. I do not drink soda or eat white flour products. Mainly I eat proteins and veggies but last nite we dined out here in NYC and I had a martini and shared a chocolate dessert and am none the worse for wear.....

Just reporting in as I had promised. I hope this information helps someone. I am going slowly and may not increase my dosage if I continue to get results. Reading some of the posts of people who were suffering after having been on high doses for long periods was a bit disconcerting.
