Why take iodine?
I am new to this web site. I am curious about Iodine treatment. I was trying to find out what are the symptoms of Iodine deficiency but have not seen it. Even on the faqs page - I could not find a clue. I take a natural thyroid supplement because it seems to help with my hot flashes. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
