Hi,

I am new to this forum and have already read a lot of posts. I wanted to start with L-lysine pills but I couldn't find them anywhere here (in Belgium). Instead, I bought a bottle of 'Perfect 3000 with B.C.A.A.'s amino acids'. If I take about 12 pills I get 2076 mg of L-lysine but I also get 418 mg of L-Arginine. Will this harm the effect of the L-lysine? (sorry for my bad English)
