Re: Question re liver flush

I believe the best way to go about cleaning your body out, if you haven't done any type of cleanse at all and especially when you feel weak and toxic, is to start cleaning your colon out first. Apart from cleaning out the impacted feces, mucus and putrified food residues one has accumulated over the years, you want your digestive tract to be eliminating efficiently first so that when you flush the liver, the toxins can be eliminated out of the digestive tract quickly to prevent re-absorption (auto-intoxification). Besides, many people experience improvement in their health just by thoroughly cleaning out their colon. This takes sometime though depending on whether you do it on your own or with the help of a colon hydrotherapist. Do some research on the internet. Then, when you feel strong enough, you can do the parasite cleanse, kidney cleanse and liver flush. This is a safer way for people who are not feeling well. But, for people without major health problems, I believe one can do the Liver Flush anytime. Good luck in your health quest journey. Kriek
