Why not just implement it into your regimine. Do it 2-3 times a week in between high impact workouts, such as running, and lifting weights, to supplement your body's need for breath control, relaxtion, and stretching.

Im currently doing P90x and Yoga is a fundemental part of the regimine, just as lifting weights and cardio is.
