Thanks for your kind words. I don't think its weird at all to look forward to flushing. When I was at the peak of my cleansing experience, I could hardly wait to do the next flush. I admit after more than 30 flushes its getting a bit old, but on days like this when I feel so good, I know its worth all the bad tastes, occasional nausea, and staying close to the bathroom. I have had great energy today, the dark bags that were under my eyes are gone and best of all so is the pain. Tonight I went to a Vacation Bible School meeting at church and the pastor surprised us with grilled cheeseburgers, potato salad and Rotel dip. I ate a little of everything and so far have had no pain, a big difference from Monday when I had two short but painful gallbladder attacks. That is not the best way to end a flush, but I didn't want to spoil things by refusing. I just ate a little bit. One thing I did differently today was to include EmergenC drinks before and after flushing to keep up the electrolyte level. I also broke the fasting period with watermelon, also good for the kidneys and the fiber helps move things out too. Today I want to shout about the merits of flushing from the rooftops. By the way, for y'all that know a little of my history, I have not had to take any pain killers for my back and Fibromyalgia pain today. Could that also be thanks to a great flush?
