Hello ausjulie there is logic to mono consumption of foodstuffs.This type of consumption is very easy on the digestive tract and minimizes stressers and conserves energy.But this type of consumption is boreing and not practical for most people.Im currently making a gallon of juice every day using alot of local produce from gardeners,farmers and orchards.The juice is cucumber,apple,cellery along with kale and parsley.Cucumbers make the most juice and cost the least amount of money which is great for the budget.I also juice some of the sprouts that I grow,mainly barley and sunflower.I have some pictures of my sprouts in the Image Gallery in the photo section under grassmans sprouts.What type of juicer are you using?
