Re: Is Green Tea Bad for you?

Have you tried Yerba Mate. I read it was low in flouride. So that's why the website I was on suggested it. Anyway my huband and I love it. A friend of mine brought us some when we were sick, it seemed to help us get over our illness that very day. So when a coworker of mine said she was feeling terrible and she thought she would have to go home sick. I told her to try it. 15 minutes later she wanted to know where to get it. It has mauteine which is a pick me up like caffiene, but it has a whole lot more in the way of benefits from what we've noticed. My niece just told me recently that she started drinking it and hasn't been sick from work when all her other coworkers were coming down sick. We buy the organic yerba mate unsmoked at the health food store.
