Re: can taking olive oil help with constipation

Dave,

I noticed nobody has ever responded to your post, but nobody has responded to me either, so I'll say a few words as I don't like the silent treatment. Olive oil seems to be okay to use and I noticed today that someone suggested using oilive oil and lemon juice for cleansing and constipation. I tried a teaspoon of each and this was much easier to take and it may have helped me to ease my constipation alittle. I don't think olive oil can hurt you unless you take too much and over do it.

I am not familiar with Epsom Salts so I really can't say anything about it. I hope this helps and you have been able to take the cleanse with no problems.
