Re: not just toothpaste...
Now that you've been roused from your slumber...follow the links from my post below:
How does one determine one's possible body burden of fluoride? Here is a list of possible sources...
http://www.fluoridealert.org/f-sources.htm#I
another source~ sufuryl fluoride:
//www.curezone.org/forums/fm.asp?i=889568#i
Please read the sufuryl fluoride post. sufuryl fluoride is used to fumigate foodstuffs and you will be appalled at the allowable levels of fluoride, ESPECIALLY in processed foods. Follow the link to possible sources listed at
http://www.fluoridealert.org
. Commercial juices/juice "beverages, for instance, contain a lot of fluoride.
say NO to all processed foods. Eat ORGANIC.
And yes, of course, toothpaste. You don't have to wait til tomorrow. Start brushing w/baking soda/sea salt TODAY.
and, fluoride is not the only harmful ingredient in toothpaste. Toothpaste also contains gylcerin, which coats the teeth and prevents remineralization by the saliva.
A commercially available toothpowder is Ipsab, I haven't tried it. I use Microbrite tooth powder, available online...
BTW, thanks:) It makes me feel good when people "listen". :)
