Re: hard for me
Can I just say - you have a symptom - not a disease - life might feel shit - but its not and once you've found the solution you can start again and be HAPPY!
Okay - body odour right? Is it fecal odour?
Okay either way - so are you constipated or have diarreah?
Because if you smell like shit - or just bad - what is in your body that smells bad? Decomposing food - so get it cleaned out! If you put food in a bin and then left it there how long before it smelled bad?
You should be passing stools at LEAST once a day. Lots of what goes in your body has to come out.
Are you eating enough fibre - you should be getting over 24 grams.
Meat and cheese decompose particularly badly.
Dietary ways to get over it.
Just change your diet. Eat a LOT of fibre. I mean a lot. A good way to start is with muesli for breakfast - with added flaxseeds/linseeds. You should be eating a lot of beans and lentils (soups/stews). I like ideas from Gilliam Mckeith - not everything she says is good - but her book (and you can get most of it from her website!!!) has lots of ideas for getting fibre into your body!)
Medical ways to sort it out.
A quickish way to start the cleaning process is a
colonic irrogation. Another way to do it is to take a laxitive called 'Movicol' (in uk) - basically a water with a salt that stops your body absorbing it and therefore water goes all the way through you. From top to bottom. Movicol does not make you dependant like other laxitives because its an osmotic laxitive. Go to your doctor and say you are constipated and need a laxitive and you'd like to try that.
(by the way - diarreah is another sign of food stuck inside you. It means that just water is passing out - not fibre! Fibre cleans your insides and therefore YOU!)
good luck and let us know how it goes!
