Wow! Thank you so much. I'm spending the night at my friend's, but there is only a very small HFS where I live and it's closed on the weekends. My friend is surrounded by HFS. I pass a hugh Whole Foods on the way home, so your timing is perfect. I had to take a whole pain pill tonight so I'm kind of under the influence right now, but wrote down a few things to buy tomorrow and will sit down when I get home to digest all that you said.

I have bunches of questions, but I'm tired and spacey right now, so I'll go to bed and write you later. Thanks again. You said some really profound things that I had never considered. More questions soon.

Thank you for taking so much time to help me. I've really felt lost and alone.
