How are you? Thank you. How do you get cortisol level checked? I hate going to doctors. They only tell you what they want you to know. Last time I went with severe headache and BP like symptoms and basal temperature of 94F. He said nothing is wrong with me and my thyroid function was ok. I was also hurting in in my thyroid area. Thanks to you all I finaly took Iodine and I was totally normal in one day.

Is there any methods to find your cortisol levels by yourself at home?
