Some people have reported remineralization of teeth while OPing in conjunction with other protocols and supplementations.
Since you didn't specify where you are looking to regenerate bone tissue, there's no knowing how to sufficiently answer your question. If you've suffered a broken bone, your bone tissue will definitely regenerate unless there's some pathology that prevents it. In fact, the fracture will calcify and actually "splint" the affected area causing it to be less likely to suffer another fracture in your lifetime. Bone tissue can regenerate. It depends entirely upon the initial reason for the tissue loss, metabolism, nutrition, supplementation, etc.
