I did have one mouth sore but it cleared up really quickly. My gums have bleed for years so that was nothing new to me. I did have sore throat issues and swollen gland issues, but I don't remember it lasting too long in the early days. I have had lots of sore throat issues of late, but I didn't think it was related to the OP. Maybe it has been and I just didn't realise it.

But I think these problems will pass if you persist. Always better out than in I say. Tweet
