I was in a car accident 10 years ago and bruised that knee HORRIBLY, but it was not injured other than soreness. It feels like tendonitis type pain.
My diet is good for 2 weeks, then I screw up for a week. Ive done 23 liver flushes and have had huge improvements in health with those and alkaline diet. ALthough I will admit I do screw up and drink lattes with milk a couple times a week. Other than that my diet is as follows for ex.
Breakfast- schultz superfood, flax oil, banana, Whey protein shake
lunch - fresh ground flaxseed, rice protein shake, fruit smoothie
snack - brazil nuts and almonds sprouted
dinner -mung beans with ACV and olive oil, and a veggie
I was drinking the mollassas and acv for awhile, but invincible said my potassium levels were getting too high. So now I just do acv and take calcium and magnesium with it.
