pleased you got some sleep and that you feel a bit better now. I am sure excercise will help shed the extra pounds too, though go easy - just gentle walking is best to start with, so that you dont strain anything as your abdomen will still be tender inside. i found that the south beach diet is good for me, as well as the extra excercise. I have lost over 40 pounds on it so far and it is a good system of eating to stick to for general health too, as it's written by a cardiologist who has found it has helped his patients' cholesterol levels etc. I have always been very overweight anyway, and this is the only diet that i have more or less been able to stick with - i fall off the wagon sometimes, but it's easy to get back on it again:)
