Want2....BIG HUGS for you, my dear. You're moving, you're kicking, and you're expressing yourself in a very healthy way.

As for people (including boyfriend) who judge you, let them have their opinions and I'll tell you why. What goes around will come around. They do not have the BENEFITS of the wisdom that you have earned as a result of your personal Survival. Just because they purchase what they want instead of what they need does not make them better than you, by ANY stretch of the imagination!

There was a time when I was homeless, penniless, jobless, and nearly hopeless. The one thing that kept me going was that I knew, in my heart, that I was meant to Survive for A Reason. It took a long, long time (about 12 years) to get to the point where I'm financially okay. But, I learned over that time that there are "needs," and "wants." The "wants" are what get people into trouble and, dollars to donuts, all of the people who are standing in judgment of you are sitting on their own financial time bombs (over-extended credit, too many bills, etc.).

You're one of my heroes on this Forum, Want2 - you've been through so much and you've gained so much wisdom. Your empathy and kindness is always at the forefront and you are someone to whom others can look for guidance through their Survivals.
