2 years ago, I used to do two enemas a day REGULARLY otherwise I would get pain, first in my bowels and then all over my leg - like my bloodstream is itchy, sometimes all over the body, like ,y bloodstream is itchy all over.
I have been a year with doing an occasional enema (the trick consist in taking enough magnesium)
These dayse the pain is back and the brain fog is so bad that I turn into a zombie. After a coffee enema (great for leaky gut) or a plain water enema, my brain comes to life.
There is one lesson I have learned from getting candida:
Do not trust all the doctor says!
