Re: BP+Iodine+smoking - Trapper?

BP readings. Of course yours was going to be higher, you were tense.
The same when you go to a doctor, white coat syndrome, mine has been 160 over whatever when I went to a new doctor.
I told him not to worry about it, my BP is fine.

Andreas Moritz had told me to take the BP at home several weeks in a row, what we did, my husband is volunteer EMT, and there were no problems.

My regular doctor is smart, the last time my BP was high I assume, so at the end of the visit he took my BP, and I thought why, the nurse did it. Since I have always an enjoyable visit with him, he decided to check and he said it is ok. I told him you are wonderful and a good people person.
