hi, yes there are many of us who have shared your symptoms - no doubt you have read back the last page or 2 of messages, and will already have seen many women with similar problems. I had dryness too, although it mainly affected my mouth - my saliva dried up completely, to the extent where my dentist was worried i had sjogren's disease. This was the very first symptom i experienced, though they got much worse, ending with numbness down the left side of my body, threatened stroke and migraines - however the dryness was the last thing to go after removal, taking roughly 2 months before the saliva was completely back to normal (the other symptoms went within a day of removal!!!). I also noticed that my eyes and vagina were more moist than they had been for the year that i had been on mirena! I hope by now that you have been able to get the mirena removed without any problems and that you will start to feel very much better soon. Keep us posted:) x Tweet
