-I am rotating usage of essential fatty acid oils.
-Alfalfa should not be taken with vitamin E (found in wheat germ oil)
-Liquid chlorophyll is made from alfalfa
-Chlorella contains lots of chlorophyll
-Deciding not to take liquid chlorophyll until after I finish the chlorella
-Lemon juice + h2o2 + Reverse Osmosis water = quite acidic for water, not my goal.
-Lemon juice is acidic but turns alkaline once ingested, is this enough to make a difference when combined in an h2o2 solition?
-Vitamin C should not be mixed with h2o2, so I should not combine lemon juice (100% rdi vitamin c) and h2o2 in my enema water.
-So how do alkalinity advocates reconcile using h2o2 and maintaining an alkaline gut?
-How is it possible for me to achieve the benefits of alkalinity and use h2o2
-PH by definition describes hydrogen content (or somthing like that), so it is impossible to get an alkaline h2o2 solution.
-Would the answer be to alternate use of h2o2 and lemons? Would the alkalinity of the lemons be longer lasting and the h2o2 oxidization somewhat fast acting, therefore mutually exclusive to general alkalinity?
it is clear to me that I should not be using lemon juice with the h2o2.
If anyone has any ideas I am eager to hear them.
