Thanks for the response. I actually called my OB/GYN on her personal Cell Phone and she and although she's out of the clinic today, she will see me 1st thing in the morning. She also told me that if the pain persists to go to ER but I just don’t trust those doctors. It was actually an on-call family practice doctor that saw me on Friday who was of no help. All they saw on my ultrasound was fibroids (which I had never had prior to Mirena). My stepmother also told me to ask for an MRI after the IUD is removed to make sure everything is okay "down there" although she said it's expensive and most HMO's such as mine do not like to do it for that reason. I truly do appreciate your correspondence and I will definitely keep you posted. I wish I would have found this website sooner :(
By the way, I forwarded the website that you sent me to my OB/GYN Dr. hoping to alert her of some of the side effects that are not listed on the Mirena website. I do hope you have a blessed day!
