Re: That 'juicy bit' thing...Re: Dolls....
...a good "double check"!
I've been dosing since 2/20...I've taken BETWEEN zero and 100 mgs daily for that time (except for this last month n' a bit when the symptoms started. At one time my 'average' was in the "66-68 mg daily" range...and I did a ample skin applications.
Your correct, the hair/nails connection in reading detox symptoms is strong (and valid). Since we don't "know" each other (or I don't know what you know of me), I just have to throw out here that I've been in & out of the world of holistic healing for three decades...and the last 10-11 years have been pretty intense. What I'm trying to say is that me and my "doctor within" are REALLY tight, and it's been a long time since I had any difficulty discerning what is happening with my body.
Yep, I definitely experienced a bit of shedding during the bromine/fluoride detox symptoms, and my nails didn't harden until well after that was basically over.
We are all SO different in the amount of
Iodine we need to reach "sufficiency" (an average/range of one-three MONTHS at 50 mgs). And I'm sure we're all bound to react different once sufficiency is reached and we continue ingesting
Iodine at the same time our bodies are throwing off every lil' milligram we ingest. My "mileage", knowledge and intuition told me (LONG before I started having adverse symtpoms), that once I'd reached the point where my body was detoxing/throwing off every milligram I ingested, that I should IMMEDIATELY back-off to a low maintenance dose...and wait, watch, listen and learn what was happening to others that went beyond that point.
I'm sure there's bound to be some folks that could take 500mg a day and their body would be lovin' every mg of it...and I'm sure there's bound to be some folks that reach sufficiency quickly, and their body says WHOA BACK, NO MORE, and starts presenting adverse symptoms. And with
Iodine positively affecting so MANY systems of the body, those symptoms are bound to be incredibly diverse and difficult to "pin" on any certain factor conclusively.
'Wish I had something more conclusive than that to offer, but that's all I can think of at the moment.
Dance ON!
