Me and Peri M Pause are not even acquainted. no hot flashes, no nothing out of the ordinary in any way... not yet at least.
And of note in my life the most relief I ever had from the almost 40 years of monthly stuff was when I was eating macrobiotic food, one meal a day for almost a year. And, no I did not mainline seaweeds. I had a small serving once a week or less. No pain, no swelling, no cramps, no nothing. Periods were light, regular, painless and came on with little or no warning, emotions stable and consistent. I liked it...
but at a certain point I had to have burgers!!!!!! And then more burgers.... I had a rare burger daily, sometimes two for a solid month before I could feel my body begin to relax.
