Hey Telman? Entero-hepatic circulation?

Hi Telman, I just read a posting in your Liver File about the entero-hepatic circulation (very interesting!), and I had some questions/comments for you.

"So much bile is lost during a Liver Flush that the liver may struggle to produce sufficient bile to support normal meals for some time. It will find cholesterol from any available source"

and also...

"If you flush your liver and reabsorb some stale bile which has traces of toxins from the past then you may relive the effects of those toxins as they recalculated"

I notice that since my last flush last month, my stools are light colored which indicates to me low bile flow. And because bile can contain old toxins, we want to expel stale bile too. I am chemically sensitive, so I am guessing my bile is quite toxic, and now concentrated, since there is less of it.

Can you tell me how to rev up new bile production? I would think this would dramatically help me to feel better, as well as help in the healing process.

Nanner
