The DEA is not going contact them unless it comes to their attention before they modify their selling process. The rule has been published. Every other operation that was selling what is now regulated material has ceased or is in the processes of complying. You have all seen the new rule. It is not for me to speak for Clarkson, but the new rule now creates certain obligations for those selling regulated material. Our intention is to comply with the new rule. Others may do as they wish. The fact remains Iodine is now a rescheduled controlled substance. If you think there is an opportunity to take advantage go for it and check the meth laws in your state before you start taking delivery on regulated chemical mixtures.
