No DEA restriction on Lugol's at Clarkson's or Ricca's? I'm confused.
I've been talking to Oleta at Clarkson's labs for several weeks now and even sent her the copy of the DEA report that JCrow had on his website, because I wanted to "load up" beyond the 2 liters I already had (which were shipped thru Clarkson from Ricca since Clarkson only ships within California). She said neither Clarkson nor Ricca had gotten a notice, but she would check it out. She said not to worry because previously when new rulings came down they had received several month's notice.
I just called since it's August 1st and the same deal ... Clarkson (they buy from Ricca and from what I've read on the postings so does JCrow) said they hadn't received any DEA notice and that they would still sell in large quantities until they were directed otherwise.
So my question is: Could it be that the ruling only applies to the smaller businesses and not to the bigger lab-types? Doesn't necessarily make sense, but this inquiring mind is trying to find out.
Thanks.
