Very, very complex. I suppose there are some places where the water is awful and one has to resort to such measures. I know that So. Calif water tastes terrible and Albuquerque has a high content od arsenic. Most places in the Northwest have very good water and I just use plain tep water without ill effect. I've been doing this for many years. Out of curiosity, where do you live? Best luck with your project. Tweet
