Hello. It is 12:14am and I have officially started on a 2 week (minimum) master cleanse. I've done the cleanse for 4 days before, but finally decided to commit to 2 weeks. I've been a very bad boy for the past few years: drinking, smoking, etc., and I felt it was time to jump start a change in my life. Any suggestions to maximize the beneficial effects would be greatly appreciated. Is there any way of telling when cleansing is basically completed? I've heard the tounge is a good indicator of how your body is doing. Also, I want to do some light exercise: pushups, pullups, biking, etc. Is this advisable? Also, could someone explain the correct way of doing the salt water flush? I've got the Sea Salt already. Thank you in advance. ~Doug
