Just recently I started working out, fasting and eating very little almost like a bird. Obviously, I've lost some weight but my blood pressure went down from hypertension level to the pre hypertension level in less than a month. Isn't that just great? I'm trying to follow a raw food diet. It's not easy but I'm trying. The only thing in my refrige are carrots, apples, oranges, orange juice, goat milk, water and nut butter. Does this sound healthy to you? What am I missing? I do have wheatgrass powder to take the place of veggies since I hate eating veggies. Any advice?
