What about the selenium, c and other things people are encouraged to take in order to accelerate the flushing of halogens, heavy metals and such?

Can I put a clove of garlic in my butt when a pinworm bites me?

Can I drink some extra Iodine Water instead of taking a bloodroot cap when/if the nematodes sting my throat and keep me awake at night?
