Raw is the best. It actually doesn't burn that much at all compared to cayenne pepper for example. Sometimes though it will burn like hell (I attribute it to thrush in the mouth). But no, garlic is amazing. A few fresh cloves eaten during the day for me will trigger a large die-off the next day, showing just how strong it is. I think the fact that it has no side-effects would make it the top antifungal. Also try cayenne pepper, my god is this one overlooked. It is said to kill 16 types of fungus.
