Thanks for your help, Jhan. I've been taking 700 mg of Magnesium Malate per day, but I do feel that I could tolerate more. I actually suspected I had a calcium deficiency. How many mg of calcium should I take (I'm a 34 y/o woman)? I have a good supplement w/calcium, magnesium and potassium (all in chloride form) plus deep sea trace minerals. They are the gelatin capsules. Would this work?
One more question. I've read that putting lemon juice in water helps alkalinity. Is it ok to drink this w/meals or does it harm digestion?
