Thank you for the encouragement. My mother is working in the yard, cleaning house, shopping, etc., and I'm having some sort of side effect so much so that I'm in so much pain that I'm almost unable to walk. I can't figure out what's wrong unless all these blood pressure medications have caught up with me. Some days I just want to cry.

Maybe this is some sort of detox reaction. I was on prednisone for 10 years, had mercury fillings, and all sorts of drugs for Lupus through the years. I've gradually weaned myself off most of it except for the BP meds and I'm working hard to find alternatives to those.

I just did a liver cleanse and am almost done with my month of humaworm. Heavy metal detox will be next and I may do The Master Cleanse next. Suggestions greatly appreciated.

Anyway, thank you so much for the encouragement. I need it.
