What I can tell you is that though I was quite ill, I dove right in with a drink the strenth of yours 3-4x a day. I saw signigicant change in pain. stiffness, and energy within less than a week. I did not have it all at once, but divided every few hours through the day.
It was only when I increased ingedients way too fast, esp kelp, that I had some problems.
